Finding Hope in the Midst of Adversity: Reflections on the Hope Exhibition.

I am thrilled to be sharing my thoughts and reflections on the Hope exhibition with you today. This exhibition was a truly special moment in my career. It was a deeply personal project for me, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with so many people.
The exhibition was about expressing hope in every step in life. I believe that despite the challenges we may face, there is always a spot of light that enlightens our way to the future. In fact, I consider hope to be a mental and physical cure that helps us recover the sight of beauty in the world.

Exhibition message:
The beauty of the world is often marred by the actions of humanity. Many people have become so used to destruction and chaos that they often fail to see the beauty that still exists around them. It’s as if the darkness has clouded their perception and made them unable to see the light. This is a sad reality, but it’s important to remember that beauty can still be found in the world if we make an effort to look for it. By focusing on the positive and searching for the light amidst the darkness, we can regain our appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us and find hope even in the most difficult times.

What inspired me for this exhibition:
I was inspired to create the exhibition after going through a difficult time in my life during the war in Syria. Despite the adversity, I discovered the power of hope and how it could lift my spirits and bring light to my life. It was my way of sharing this message with others and inspiring them to find positivity in their own lives.

About the paintings:
This was my first solo art exhibition, where all the 18 acrylic on canvas painting names were names of flowers (Iris, Glory, Lobelia, Cattleya, Ren, Tulip, Lantana, Acacia, Zinnia, Calla, Azalea, Indigo, Blossom, Celosia, Daisy, Rose, Rosetta and Orchid) , as flowers are the colorful and positive elements of nature that help us reduce stress and increase our creativity. The icon of the exhibition was Tulip a 50×70 cm acrylic on canvas piece that symbolizes love which is an essential feeling in our daily lives, it gives us peace, silently moving us to a better place filled with positive energy and optimism.
All paintings showcased women and animals. These elements are integral to my style and personal life, and I felt that they added a deeper level of meaning to the exhibition. Each painting was carefully crafted to convey a message of optimism.

Technique used to reflect hope:
One of the key elements in each one of my acrylic paintings was the contrast between the dark background and the bright, hopeful element. I wanted to express the idea that despite the hard or dark times we may face, there is always a spot of light that gives hope. Whether it’s a warm glow from a lantern, the sun peeking through the clouds, or the smile on a woman’s face, hope is always there, even in the darkest of times.

Now I live in the beautiful alpine city of Annecy located in the Haute-Savoie in France, and I am so happy to be able to share my art here. In Annecy, I had the chance to make an art exhibition called Harmony which was about the power of women through the relationship between women and music. This exhibition was another step in my journey as an artist and a testament to the resilience and strength of the human spirit.
I am so proud of what the Hope exhibition accomplished, and I am grateful for the positive impact it had on so many people. Through my paintings, I was able to connect with so many people on a deeper level and share my message with the world.
